The process in a company begins with a kickoff intro of our service. Could be a video, a newsletter or an online event with employees, HR and, if desired, managers to get to know us. It all depends in company culture, we co-create the best approach that fits you. We will explain the whole user journey.

We provide individual surveys for every employee. Our AI algorithm, backed up by our matching team will gather information about the employees and their specific needs. We will offer two professionals profiles with their expertise/description for the employee to choose from. They will be able to have a 15 minute chemistry appointment with the professional selected, or directly start with the 45 minutes session.

After the matching stage and initiated therapeutic/coaching sessions, monthly updates are provided to the company on the progress of the program (ie: satisfaction, engagement, productivity, stress levels, etc). Your employees will value our services so we can tailor the process to their specific needs. Confidential agreements with employees are strict so we will not provide individual information to the company.

Time4me psychologists and coaches are certified professionals with a track record of excellence and 10+ years of experience. They are empathetic, able to listen and share their experiences to foster employees personal and professional development.

These sessions are aimed at addressing various mental health concerns, providing support, and promoting emotional well-being among employees. They can openly discuss and address issues such as stress, anxiety, depression, work-related conflicts, personal challenges, and other mental health-related concerns.

Coaching sessions aim to enhance performance, leadership skills, and personal development within the workplace context. Employees work with a coach who serves as a guide to help them set and achieve specific goals, overcome challenges, and maximize their potential. They discuss progress, identify areas for growth, and develop action plans to achieve desired outcomes. 

There is no limit to the number of sessions that can be held, however our professionals will be goal oriented in order to provide support employees need to thrive. We recommend a weekly or biweekly frequency (2 or 4 sessions per month per person), but it depends on the needs and progress of the employees.

Time4me’s services can seamlessly integrate with both internal and external well-being initiatives, augmenting existing offerings. Furthermore, our services are designed to actively engage and retain talent by providing comprehensive mental health support.

Trial sessions are unavailable. However, once the company enlists our service, employees can engage in a chemistry video call with our recommended experts. Additionally, a comprehensive demonstration of our online services will be provided to C-level executives or HR personnel to ensure a thorough understanding of its functionality and to incorporate tailored improvements for your company.
